Outcome: a reviewed draft grounded in company guidance, with unsupported claims called out. Before you start: an Owner or Admin configures Company Voice. A writer needs a connected AI tool and read access to the guidance pages. Use fictional material for your first test.

1. Write clear guidance

Create and review pages for Tone, Terms, and Prohibited claims. For example: use direct sentences, call customers “clients,” and never promise an unapproved delivery date. Add one short example of an approved client update.

2. Connect the references

In Personalization → Company, set the page pointers and save. Follow Company Voice for exact controls. Confirm the writer’s tool can access the referenced vaults; a pointer does not grant access.

3. Ask for a draft with evidence

4. Review before use

Compare the draft with the facts and guidance. Remove invented dates, commitments, or claims. Correct a recurring tone problem in its authoritative guidance page and test again. Company Voice helps an agent follow instructions; it cannot guarantee compliance.

Check your result

The draft uses the preferred terms, includes only the supplied facts, and identifies the guidance sources. Save an approved result as a new knowledge page if it is useful as a future example; sending it externally remains a separate action. If guidance is missing: My agent cannot find a page. Next: Create a reusable skill.
