Workspace owners and admins have access to Admin. The actions you see depend on your workspace role and account type.

Rename the workspace

Owners can open the rename action in Admin, enter the new display name, and save. The workspace’s URL slug does not change. Check the header after saving to confirm the new name. Renaming a workspace does not rename synchronized vault folders or change the members’ access.

Review external sharing

Workspace owners and admins can control whether Anyone links are allowed and inspect active shared links for company and team vaults. Personal-vault shares are visible only when the caller also has explicit personal-vault access. Turning off Anyone links makes those public views unavailable. Before changing the policy, review who relies on them and communicate the new access path. See sharing.

Inspect endpoint health

Admin’s endpoint table shows live devices with owner, version, platform, sync state, and activity. Use View to inspect a device and its health. Delete, when allowed, revokes the connection. Replica status and Remote MCP activity mean different things. A remote client can be idle without being broken. Use Connections for detailed pairing and scope management, and sync health for machine-side checks.

Where other administration lives

  • Team: invitations, people, groups, agents, and offboarding.
  • Knowledge: create a vault and manage its memberships.
  • Templates: reusable trees and onboarding defaults.
  • Skills: package management and assignments.
  • Personalization → Company: approved Company Voice page pointers.
  • Manage account → Billing: eligible customer subscription actions.
Partner accounts also have client-workspace controls. Northern Logic operator controls are separate from customer administration; having a customer workspace owner role does not grant platform-wide access or access to other customers’ knowledge.
