Partner accounts are provisioned by Northern Logic. They are intended for consultants and organizations managing several client workspaces; Partner is not a self-serve plan in the Solo/Teams Checkout flow.

Create a client workspace

After your Partner subscription is active, open the Partner account’s Admin controls and choose the client-workspace creation action. Enter the client workspace details and create it within your account allowance. The creating account member becomes an owner of the new workspace. Use the workspace selector to enter it, configure Company knowledge, and invite its members. Always confirm the active workspace before importing client information or creating a connection.

Keep client access separate

Each workspace has its own memberships, vaults, connections, and access rules. Membership in one client does not grant access to another. Being the billing-account owner is not a reason to paste one client’s private material into another client’s template. Client users do not see or manage the umbrella Stripe subscription. The Partner account is the billing customer, and conversion credits are pooled. Monitor usage by workspace so one client’s conversion work does not unexpectedly exhaust the shared balance.

Reuse templates and skills

Partner owners/admins can assign organization templates and skills to sibling workspaces under the same account. An assignment exposes the reusable library resource. Applying a template or copying a skill into a vault creates independent knowledge files. Review resources for client-specific details before assigning them. Updates to a reusable template do not rewrite vaults that previously applied it.

Account limits and support

Partner workspace, seat, and credit allowances are account-specific. If creation is blocked by a plan limit, review the account usage or contact Northern Logic. Partner roles do not grant platform operator tools, access to unrelated tenants, or the ability to change global conversion models.
