Open your account menu and choose Billing, or Manage account → Billing. This appears for eligible owners/admins; ordinary members and Partner client members do not manage the umbrella subscription here.

Plan differences

Pending invitations count toward seats. Service principals do not consume human seats. Partner limits are managed under the Partner account.

Trial and renewal

Solo and Teams Checkout starts a seven-day trial and collects a payment method. The billing panel shows status, dates, usage, and remaining trial time. Review the current price and terms in Checkout or Billing rather than relying on an older screenshot. Use Manage billing to open the customer portal for payment details and cancellation. Cancellation during the trial keeps access until the displayed period end. After access ends, the owner can Resume subscription to restore the same workspace and account, without a second trial.

Change plans or seats

Owners can change Solo to Teams and adjust Teams seats in the plan editor. Review the confirmation, including prorated billing, before applying it. Returning to Solo requires the workspace to fit Solo’s supported limits: one active human, no pending invitations, groups, or team vaults. If the change is refused with a plan limit, resolve the stated limit first. Do not delete knowledge just to retry a billing action without exporting or relocating what you need.

Payment problems

A past-due banner offers Update payment. The current grace behavior keeps workspace access while past due; update payment promptly. A suspended workspace shows a resume surface for eligible owners and a paused message for members. Exhausting conversion credits blocks conversion, not core knowledge access. See credits.
