  1. Ask the creator for the current link privately. Rotation makes an older URL invalid. Do not post an Anyone link in a public support thread.
  2. Check the audience. An Organization link requires an active member signed into the appropriate workspace. An outside client does not qualify merely because they received the URL.
  3. Have a vault admin inspect the share. Check expiry, revocation, workspace sharing policy, and whether the workspace is active. Review the current settings rather than creating a broader share immediately.
  4. Check the shared subtree. A live share follows the selected content. A page moved outside the shared subtree may no longer be available through that link.
  5. Retest as the intended recipient. A creator’s authenticated view does not prove that another person can open the share. Confirm both the intended page and audience.
Resolved when: the intended recipient can read the intended content with the current link. If access should end, ask the vault admin to disable it instead. Share-link guide · Contact support
